SECRETARY Kelly Plunkett, Marketing Analyst Pioneer Bank P: (518) 274-4800 Kelly Plunkett is a marketing analyst and website coordinator at Pioneer Bank, headquartered in Troy, NY with 15 local branches. She is responsible for the marketing customer database, as well as assisting the marketing department in various activities. Plunkett holds a BS in Marketing from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from SUNY Albany. A member of AMA since October 2006, Plunkett has been a member of the Marketing Committee and the Mark of Excellence Committee, and was awarded the 2007 Student Marketer of the Year through NYCRAMA.
