MARK OF EXCELLENCE CO-CHAIR 2010 Teal Vivacqua, Marketing Communications Manager Plug Power Inc. P: (518) 782-7700 x1269 Teal Vivacqua is marketing communications manager at Plug Power Inc. She is responsible for the development and execution of Plug Power’s global integrated marketing communications and public relations programs. During her five years with the company, Vivacqua has successfully marketed alternative energy products and services to targeted multinational customers, incorporating both traditional and contemporary communications tactics into every campaign. She has also designed and implemented a variety of community outreach and employee motivation programs in support of the company’s Corporate Social Responsibility platform. Vivacqua holds a BA in Communications, with a minor in business administration and marketing, from the University at Albany. She has been a member of the AMA since 2007, served as NYCRAMA’s 2009 Mark of Excellence Chair and is co-chair of the 2010 Mark of Excellence Awards. She is also an active member of the United States Fuel Cell Council (USFCC) Education and Marketing Group and the GenNEXT Young Professionals organization. |
