Nigar Hale is the president of Blue Pepper Strategies, Inc, a marketing consulting firm dedicated to independent restaurants in the Capital Region. She also works as the advertising consultant for Spotlight Newspapers representing Saratoga County. Hale has twenty years of professional experience in marketing, acquisitions and sales management in the publishing and hospitality industries. A graduate of the University at Albany with a BA in History, she also earned her MBA in spring 2010 through the Executive MBA program at the University at Albany. Hale has been a member of the AMA since 2009 and currently serves as NYCRAMA’s vice president of programming.
