For nearly 20 years Kim has filled the roles of marketing expert, salesperson and business strategist through positions as varied as owner of her own graphic design business, providing support for a national nonprofit agency or in the print and web development industry.

Hickok also serves on the Board of Directors of the Capital District Community Gardens.
